  • Handle bilingual (Spanish/English) customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues
  • Escalate complex interactions appropriately
  • Assist with payments and service requests
  • Accurately log call details for reporting and auditing
  • Provide feedback for continuous improvement
  • Achieve and surpass sales goals set by the team

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
  • Familiarity with Windows-based systems
  • Customer service or sales experience preferred
  • College degree considered a plus but not mandatory
