Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our company systems and databases. You will review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, organize and file digital records for easy accessibility, and communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies. You will also be expected to follow data confidentiality and security guidelines, ensuring the integrity and security of our data.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Data Verification: Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors or discrepancies.
  • Digital Record Organization: Organize and file digital records for easy accessibility, ensuring that all relevant information is readily available.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies, answer questions, and provide support as needed.
  • Data Security and Confidentiality: Follow data confidentiality and security guidelines, ensuring the integrity and security of our data.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Typing Skills: Strong typing skills with a high degree of accuracy, with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with database software, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in all aspects of your work.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
