About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across blithequark's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex inquiries as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.
  • Proactively identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation. You should be proficient in navigating and engaging with social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. While previous customer service experience is preferred, it is not required. Familiarity with blithequark's brand and content is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
