Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing world-class customer experience to our clients through inbound phone calls. This is not a traditional call center job; instead, you will be working with a team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and effective responses to customer inquiries about our policies and services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Functions

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential functions:

  • Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
  • Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
  • Maintain regular and timely attendance
  • Ability to make decisions, problem solve, and hold to an ethical standard
  • Ability to manage individual stress and composure
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Designated space and internet capability to work from home
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Extensive Microsoft Office or G-Suite experience
  • 2 years of customer service experience
