Key Responsibilities:

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Entering customer and staff data into computer databases with precision and accuracy
  • Verifying data for errors and discrepancies, and correcting them according to established procedures
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols
  • Recognizing and addressing deficiencies in source documents, and returning them to the originator for correction
  • Performing clerical duties to support the office administrator, including file maintenance and record-keeping
  • Maintaining computerized departmental records and databases
  • Meeting established deadlines and delivering high-quality results in a timely manner

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Some experience in data entry, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in using personal computers and software to develop spreadsheets, databases, and perform word processing tasks
  • Strong typing and keyboarding skills, with the ability to meet established deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols

Preferred Qualifications:
