  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to read, write, and type at a minimum speed of 25 words per minute
