Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative to join our remote team on a 6-month contract basis. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and exceeding their expectations. Responsibilities

As a Call Center Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Resolving customer service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
• Contacting customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
• Processing orders, quoting, and helping team members work their overflow
• Running reports in SAP and collaborating with the team
• Providing training and support to new team members as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP (Data Entry, quoting) and Office 365
• Self-motivation and a team-oriented approach to work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage one's time effectively
• Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service-related experience required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Microsoft Excel experience
• S/4 Hana experience
