We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer who loves solving complex problems and building scalable, high-performance systems in C# and AWS. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team working on Varicent’s Incentives platform — a large-scale SaaS product that helps enterprises worldwide optimize performance and rewards.

 What You’ll Do

  • Design and build REST APIs and backend services in C# / .NET.

  • Develop and optimize AWS-based infrastructure (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, Redshift).

  • Tackle data-intensive challenges, ensuring scalability and low latency.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and Frontend teams in an Agile environment.

  • Automate deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Infrastructure-as-Code.

 What You Bring

  • 4+ years of backend experience with C# / .NET.

  • Strong knowledge of API design, databases (SQL / NoSQL), and cloud architecture.

  • Hands-on experience with AWS and ETL/ELT pipelines.

  • Solid communication skills in English (B2+).
