Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at blithequark, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring a positive experience
  • Utilize computer software and systems to access customer information, resolve issues, and document interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and resolutions
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and call handling times

Essential Qualifications

* A minimum of one year of experience working in a customer service-related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Proficiency with computer skills, including internet browsers, email, and ability to learn new software
  • Ability to communicate professionally with customers, handling private and confidential information with discretion
  • A strong work ethic that demonstrates dependability, thoroughness, and a commitment to completing tasks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* Work experience in a call center environment

  • Good conflict resolution skills, with the ability to de-escalate tense situations
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms

Schedule and Work Environment

* This is a work-from-home position, with flexible shifts available: + Tuesday through Saturday from 1 pm to 9 pm + Sunday through Thursday from 1 pm to 9 pm

  • You will be required to work from your primary residence located in an blithequark service area
  • You will have access to a dedicated workspace, high-speed internet, and necessary equipment to perform your job duties
