Job Summary

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and verifying data for various blithequark products and services. You will work independently, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data. You will also collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet data entry goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

* Accurately input data into blithequark databases and systems

  • Verify and update product information, pricing, and inventory levels
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet data entry goals and deadlines
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to new software and processes as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in data entry and typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce processes and cloud applications is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in data entry or administrative roles
