Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-time to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including data entry, customer service, and administrative support. This is a part-time opportunity, with regular hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-time, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Perform data entry and computer skills to accurately and efficiently process information
  • Coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Enter demographics and customer information into our system
  • Print preference notes matching to case
  • Move case into production area
  • Invoices cases and assists with billing questions or issues
  • Scan paperwork for electronic storage
  • Answer all incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Refer technical inquiries to the appropriate team member
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills and Abilities Required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Minimum Education and Experience Required

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Some billing experience required

Hazardous Materials or Equipment Used

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist / Part-time, you will be working with:

  • Disinfectant process chemicals
  • Personal protective equipment as required
  • Office equipment

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
  • Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Good manual dexterity
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Repeated bending and kneeling
  • Vision capabilities: Depth perception, attention to detail and/or color
  • Push, pull, lift, and/or carry up to 25 pounds
