The Role
As a Virtual Customer Services Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and providing accurate information about insurance policies, coverage, and claims procedures

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
