About the Role: Customer Support Representative - Chat

In this exciting role, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our clients in a positive and professional light. Your goal will be to turn these conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue and grow their business. You'll be the face of our company, providing accurate information, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing personalized support and solutions
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services, as well as those of our clients
  • Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and drive business results
  • Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring seamless follow-up and follow-through
  • Summarize interactions based on customer needs, providing valuable insights for our clients and internal teams
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying ahead of the curve and ensuring expertise in your field

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (preferred but not necessary)
  • Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • A strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience being a plus (we love gamers!)
  • A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
