Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage Oracle Cloud HCM (Hire-to-Retire) or ERP (Record-to-Report) processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Manage production incidents platform enhancements and release cycles.
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and clear communication across teams.
- Partner with technical and functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
