We’re looking for a high-quality Manual QA Engineer — someone who can uncover issues others might overlook and has a sharp eye for detail. You’ll be responsible for testing complex areas of our application that involve advanced logic and mathematical calculations. What you'll do:
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive manual test strategies and test cases for complex features.
- Perform deep functional validation of application components with heavy mathematical or logical processes.
- Identify, document, and track defects with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate closely with developers and product owners to understand feature requirements and edge cases.
- Conduct regression testing and verify bug fixes to maintain product stability.
- Continuously look for ways to improve testing coverage, accuracy, and efficiency.
What You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications)
- Proven experience in manual QA testing (preferably in complex or data-heavy applications).
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to think beyond typical test cases.
- Experience creating and maintaining structured test plans and documentation.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar).
- Basic understanding of mathematical or algorithmic systems is a strong plus.
