Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative, working from the comfort of their own home. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming contacts from guests via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Process reservation requests, support basic loyalty and customer care requests, and identify opportunities to maximize revenue through sales techniques
  • Ensure compliance with blithequark's policies and procedures, including special booking rules, loyalty guidelines, and case management
  • Provide customer support and guidance in issue resolution, maintaining open communication with blithequark properties, related company contacts, and third parties
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and ergonomically appropriate work environment, free from interruptions, and ensure minimum internet speed requirements are met (3 Mbps download speed and 1 Mbps upload speed)
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals, develop positive working relationships, and support the growth and success of blithequark

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • No related work experience required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success
  • No supervisory experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow with the team
  • No license or certification required, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to excellence

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment
