About the Role:

As a Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers across various social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide timely responses to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and concerns on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize business acumen and analytical skills to resolve complex customer issues and provide personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's products and services to provide accurate and informative responses
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform support strategies
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in social media support and customer experience
  • Work closely with the social media team to develop and implement effective support strategies and processes

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a social media support environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling responses to customer inquiries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and more
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and social media management tools
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a related field, such as Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration

  • Certification in social media marketing or customer experience
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and data analysis
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Fluency in multiple languages
