Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently entering claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • Follow-up and Research: Following up on missing information to process claims, researching and resolving discrepancies, and communicating with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Invoice Review: Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Compiling reports from systems with claims information, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administrative support.
  • Basic Computer and Typing Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office, and strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently process data and information.
  • Unrestricted Work Authorization: Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with Claims Management Systems: Familiarity with claims management systems and software, including data entry and reporting.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving issues and providing exceptional service.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement.
