- Manage VPNs, firewalls, and Active Directory
- Support users via ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
- Maintain system performance, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, LAN), and SCCM deployment
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of desktop or IT support experience
- Strong hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
