Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Live Chat Agent at blithequark, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing customer queries and complaints through live chat, phone, and email
  • Processing orders and modifications promptly and accurately
  • Escalating complaints when necessary to ensure timely resolution
  • Maintaining a calm and professional demeanor with customers, even in challenging situations
  • Utilizing computer systems to assist customers effectively and efficiently

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing

  • Additional certifications in customer service preferred but not required
