Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in React JS Node JS Bootstrap TypeScript and Adobe AEM to drive innovative solutions in the Provider and Payer domains.

This work-from-home position offers a day shift schedule allowing you to balance work and life while contributing to impactful projects that enhance healthcare services.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge web applications using React JS and Node JS to enhance user experience and functionality. Oversee the integration of Bootstrap and TypeScript to ensure responsive and efficient design across all platforms. Provide technical guidance and support in the use of Adobe AEM for frontend development ensuring seamless content management and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable solutions that meet the needs of Provider and Payer domains. Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and implementing best practices. Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to improve development processes and outcomes. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and actionable plans. Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet deadlines and deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Mentor junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Contribute to the company’s mission by developing solutions that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to keep the team at the forefront of technology. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain data security and privacy. Qualifications

Possess strong expertise in React JS, Node JS, Bootstrap and TypeScript with a proven track record of successful project delivery. Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe AEM for frontend development with a focus on creating dynamic and engaging user interfaces. Have a deep understanding of the Provider and Payer domains with experience in developing solutions tailored to these sectors. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively. Show strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with technological advancements. Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology or a related field.  

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until June 16, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 - $102,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
