Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into business decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business outcomes

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data-driven insights are integrated into business decision-making processes
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations to drive business outcomes
• Work with data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain data models, including data warehouses and data marts
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that data systems are properly configured and maintained
• Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Identify and mitigate data-related risks and issues
• Develop and maintain data visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis and analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and patterns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Experience working with data warehouses and data marts
• Experience with data governance and quality processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis and analytics
• Experience working with big data technologies, such as Hadoop and Spark
• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau and Power BI
• Experience with data governance and quality processes
• Experience working in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Experience with project management and Agile methodologies
