Job Summary

As an Experienced Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless customer experiences, and you'll be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including ringing up sales, handling returns, and processing voids
  • Maintain accurate records, including patient and medication data, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Work closely with the pharmacy team to ensure seamless customer experiences and maintain accurate records
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices, including new medications, treatments, and technologies
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare, business)

  • 1+ year of experience in a retail or healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience in a retail or healthcare environment

  • Previous experience working with Walgreens or a similar company
  • Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions
  • Familiarity with store stock control and inventory management
  • PTCB certification or willingness to obtain
