U.S. Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, please ensure you meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old or demonstrate legal capacity to enter a contract.
  • You must be willing to submit to a background investigation, and any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation.
  • You must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
  • We hire U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H, or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on a shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. We will require proof of work authorization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Primarily performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems.
  • Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently.
  • Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Compiling reports from systems with claims information.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and internal teams.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field.
  • Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
