Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – E-commerce Support & Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues when necessary.
  • Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Utilizing e-commerce platforms and online customer support tools to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
