Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-time Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering questions, and resolving issues related to their healthcare benefits. You will work from home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our members.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and respond to member inquiries related to their healthcare benefits
- Provide clear and concise information about medication coverage, prescription benefits, and mail-order prescriptions
- Offer solutions to help members better understand their benefits and make informed decisions about their healthcare
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on healthcare benefits and company policies
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Essential Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with HIPAA and regulatory compliance
