• You must speak, read, and write Spanish fluently — we will give you a language exam to verify proficiency.
• Schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM–8:30 PM (non-flexible).
• A minimum one-year commitment is required.
• This role is not suitable for retail, restaurant, or in-person customer service backgrounds.
• You must have at least one year of remote or phone/email-based customer service experience.

Amigos Tutoring is a fast-growing education company with five locations across South Florida. We specialize in K–12 tutoring and SAT test preparation, supporting hundreds of families each year. Our customer service operations are handled entirely through email and phone, ensuring a consistent, professional experience for both clients and tutors. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop with us — a professional who communicates clearly, solves problems quickly, and can make decisions independently without needing constant supervision. Position Overview We’re hiring a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Coordinator to join our remote support team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and confident in handling escalated client issues while maintaining strong communication with tutors and other staff. This is a professional role that requires critical thinking, accountability, and strong writing skills in both English and Spanish. Schedule (Non-Negotiable)

• Monday–Friday, 4:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• This schedule is fixed and non-flexible.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client and tutor emails professionally and efficiently.
• Handle billing, scheduling, and policy-related inquiries.
• Communicate regularly with tutors to ensure smooth session coordination.
• Manage escalated client issues with professionalism and discretion.
• Think critically and make decisions independently while following company guidelines.
• Maintain detailed, accurate communication logs.

Experience That Translates Well ✅ Highly Preferred Backgrounds:

• Appointment setting (remote, medical, or service-based)
• Medical or physical therapy offices handling calls, emails, and scheduling
• Remote administrative or customer service roles in professional settings

Not Applicable Experience:

• Retail, in-person, or restaurant customer service
• Front-desk or hospitality work without written/email communication experience

Training & Contract Terms

• Two weeks of paid remote training
• A minimum one-year contract is required
• If you resign, quit, or are terminated during training, your training pay will be forfeited
• Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of training and performance evaluation
