Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Research Interviewer, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting surveys with respondents over the phone, gathering data for our clients
- Administering questionnaires and collecting data from various projects
- Providing high-quality customer service and ensuring a positive experience for respondents
- Working independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision
- Meeting productivity and quality standards, as set by the company
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 18 years or older
- Call center experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to commit to a 15-hour per week schedule, Monday through Friday
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work area, free of interruptions
- Ability to set up and use computer equipment, as provided by the company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate level computer skills, including typing (20 wpm with 85% accuracy)
