Work From Home Customer Service Representative Role

As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and make a positive impact on the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell products and services when appropriate
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution goals

Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience preferred (1-2 years)
