Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing product complaints: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining a positive experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and supportive.
  • Updating databases: Accurately update databases with pertinent details and product information.
  • Escalating issues: Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate levels as needed.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of customer and proprietary information by following established procedures.

Qualifications

We're looking for individuals with:

  • High school diploma or equivalent: A strong foundation in education is essential for success in this role.
  • Customer service experience: At least six months of customer service experience is required, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills: Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
