As a Stand Up Deep Reach Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift in a narrow aisle environment, using handheld scanners or onboard computers, and standing for an entire shift. You will also be required to follow safety guidelines, adhere to all safety and COVID-safe requirements, and consistently meet productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a stand-up deep reach forklift in a narrow aisle environment
  • Use handheld scanners or onboard computers to track inventory
  • Stand for an entire shift and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Follow safety guidelines and adhere to all safety and COVID-safe requirements
  • Consistently meet productivity standards and follow warehouse systems and processes
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve operational goals

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in stand-up deep reach forklift operations
  • Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills and attention to detail
  • Basic math and reading comprehension skills
