Position Overview

As a Healthcare Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and qualifying new business opportunities with hospitals, health systems, and managed service providers across the Northeast region. Your primary objective will be to promote our customized ERP solutions that deliver substantial value to clients, driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, pursue, and qualify new business opportunities within the Northeast healthcare market, leveraging your expertise and network to generate leads and close deals.

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline to achieve and surpass revenue objectives, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Design and implement outbound sales initiatives to generate new leads and business opportunities, staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive dynamics.
  • Establish and foster strong, enduring relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives and IT stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and presenting tailored ERP solutions.
  • Oversee the entire sales process, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and final closing, ensuring a client-centric approach and delivering exceptional results.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our ERP solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales processes and deliver client-centric solutions, leveraging your problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to anticipating and addressing challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitive dynamics in the healthcare sector, representing the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.

Required Skills

* Strong sense of ownership in leading the sales process and guiding clients through their decision-making journey, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.

Qualifications

* Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in healthcare or technology sectors, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.

  • Demonstrated experience working with C-suite level stakeholders in healthcare organizations, with a strong understanding of complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and sales enablement platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Highly developed communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong focus on building trust and credibility with clients and stakeholders.
