The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for fielding real-time calls from customers globally, providing solutions-oriented support, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. You will be the face of blithequark, representing our brand values of care, compassion, and enthusiasm. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide solutions-oriented support, resolving customer issues and concerns
  • Utilize product knowledge to make recommendations and offer personalized solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed departmental goals and performance metrics
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and phone systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a virtual call center environment

  • Knowledge of fashion and style industry
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Previous experience with Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
