The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for fielding real-time calls from customers globally, providing solutions-oriented support, and ensuring that every interaction is a positive one. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
* 1+ year of customer-facing experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and phone systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a virtual call center environment
- Knowledge of fashion and style industry
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Previous experience with Amazon or similar e-commerce platforms
- Certification in customer service or a related field
