Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to meet their needs. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role.

Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls and respond to basic inquiries using established methods and procedures

• Schedule and change customer appointments, and provide guidance on what to bring to appointments
• Process transactions and track responses to ensure completion of calls
• Proficiency with PC and Microsoft Office tools, and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
• Experience working with and skilled in the use of help desk software
• Basic business and analytical problem-solving skills are necessary
• Ability to follow oral and written directions
• Overtime may be available, and shifts may occasionally change based on business needs
• Prior call center experience is a plus, but not necessary

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
• Must be able to successfully pass IDEMIA State and Federal screening requirements, including criminal history and drug screen
• Must have high-speed WiFi to work remotely and service callers from home
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and help desk software

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior call center experience

• Experience working with government contracts and sensitive information
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
