Key Responsibilities

As a Broista, you'll be responsible for:

• Engaging with customers and providing them with a moment of special, every time
• Asking and educating customers about our menu, products, and current specials

• Being positive and optimistic, even in challenging situations

Essential Qualifications

• A Food Handler Permit or Certification, as required by state or local regulations

• Knowledge of coffee and food preparation, with a focus on quality and presentation
• Experience working with a point-of-sale system and handling cash transactions
• Fluency in multiple languages, with a focus on communicating with customers and colleagues
