What is your role? As a Publishing Specialist at Eleventh Hour Games, you will play a critical role in ensuring our titles are effectively represented and optimized across all major digital storefronts and retail platforms. You will manage product setup, compliance, and visibility while also collaborating with marketing and publishing leadership to drive player awareness and conversion. This role requires both organizational precision and creative problem-solving. You’ll partner with platform representatives, retail liaisons, and internal teams to ensure our games reach players worldwide in the best possible form. Responsibilities:

  • Set up, maintain, and curate product pages across digital storefronts. Manage assets, metadata, seasonal refreshes, and ensure compliance with platform requirements
  • Apply best practices, track emerging trends, and use tools like analytics and A/B testing to increase visibility, discoverability, and conversion
  • Collaborate with retail partners on packaging, point-of-sale displays, promotional campaigns, and product availability
  • Report to the Marketing Manager and Publishing Director, providing updates, sharing insights, and aligning storefront execution with overall publishing strategy
  • Act as the main point of contact for digital storefronts
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, maintain escalation lists, and serve as the subject matter expert for publishing requirements
  • Monitor storefront KPIs (traffic, wishlist growth, conversion rates, revenue impact) and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
  • Coordinate ESRB/PEGI ratings and platform certifications, working with QA, legal, and platform requirements to prevent delays or rejections

Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of professional experience in publishing, marketing, or digital storefront management
  • Understanding of platform best practices for product pages, metadata, tagging, ratings, and promotional tools
  • Analytical mindset with proven ability to interpret KPIs and turn insights into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with retail distribution pipelines and how physical presence supports digital campaigns
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (A/B testing, analytics dashboards, platform publishing portals)
  • Organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple timelines
  • Written and verbal communication skills, including experience interfacing with platform representatives and external partners
  • Detail-oriented and compliance-driven mindset, comfortable managing ratings and certification processes.
  • Collaborative team player, eager to work across Marketing, Publishing, QA, and Legal

Pluses:

  • Experience with game marketing campaigns, retail distribution, or prior publishing relationships with first-party platforms.
  • Familiarity with ARPGs and live-service development
