The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for English and Spanish-speaking individuals who have questions or concerns regarding their retirement plan. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and educating customers about their retirement plan options. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls, respond to emails, and engage with customers through various channels to resolve their inquiries and concerns

• Provide accurate and detailed information about retirement plan options, benefits, and features
• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and offer personalized solutions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including financial professionals, plan sponsors, and beneficiaries, to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Meet and exceed established key performance goals, including call metrics and quality
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or post-secondary education preferred

• 0-1+ years of general experience; prior customer service or financial services experience a plus
• Bilingual with verbal and written proficiency in both English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Ability to quickly learn complex systems and product knowledge
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or post-secondary education

• 2+ years of previous service industry and/or financial services experience
• Previous remote or work-from-home experience
• Passion for helping, servicing, and educating others
• Ability to research and problem-solve while providing outstanding customer service
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail
