As a Customer Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via calls, chats, and emails. You will build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers, meet team KPIs, and stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology. You will also work with customers' sensitive information securely and apply the latest customer happiness practices.Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:- Fluent English and French (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
- Experience in customer service
- Analytical and research skills
- Positive and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Preferred Qualifications:
