About the Role: Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring that our databases are current and reflective of our customers' needs and preferences.

Essential Qualifications:
