Key Responsibilities

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to our team, including: -

General Administrative Support:

Assist with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments to ensure the smooth running of the department. -

Communication:

Serve as a point of contact for internal team members and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and facilitating communication across the organization. -

Document Management:

Maintain organized records of correspondence and documents, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of information. -

Meeting Coordination:

Assist in organizing meetings, including preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, taking minutes, and following up on action items. -

Project Assistance:

Support special projects by conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports as needed. -

Team Support:

Collaborate with team members on various tasks, demonstrating a proactive approach and willingness to assist others. -

Data Maintenance:

Help maintain databases and spreadsheets, ensuring all information is current and accurate.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need: -

Education:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus but not mandatory. -

Experience:

No prior experience is required; however, any experience in administrative roles or customer service is desirable. -

Passionate and Reliable:

A strong commitment to support the team's success and reliability to meet deadlines and follow through on commitments. -

Decision-Making Skills:

Ability to assess situations and make informed decisions while adhering to company policies. -

Adaptability:

Willingness to adjust to shifting priorities, deadlines, and demands, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced environment. -

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as Google Workspace. Experience with CRM or project management tools is advantageous. -

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals. -

Organizational Skills:

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized manner.
