Job Overview:

We are hiring a compassionate Remote Virtual Wellness Coach to guide clients through fitness, nutrition, mental wellness, and lifestyle goals. You will support individuals through virtual sessions, personalized plans, and continuous motivation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions via phone, Zoom, or chat

• Create customized wellness plans based on client needs

• Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, and daily habits

• Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed

• Offer ongoing motivation, accountability, and support

• Maintain accurate client records and session notes

• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle practices

• Collaborate with wellness teams when necessary

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy

Qualifications:

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and motivational skills

• Passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle coaching

• Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet

• Ability to work independently and manage schedules

Preferred

• Certification in wellness coaching, nutrition, fitness, or life coaching

• Knowledge of stress management, mindfulness, or holistic health

• Familiarity with digital coaching tools or virtual client platforms

Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in coaching, health support, fitness training, counseling, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates)
