Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
- Providing exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participating in training and coaching to develop skills and knowledge
Requirements
* 6 months or more of customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong product or service knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Computer savvy with experience using technology to resolve customer issues
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Equipment Requirements
* Internet speed > 15 Mbps (hardwired direct connection to your home router is recommended)
- USB wired headset (Bluetooth headsets are not permitted)
- Smartphone or another device that runs IOS or Android (iPad, etc.) for daily log-in
