Tableau Specialist (part-time)

We are looking for a Tableau Specialist to support our Salesforce department with ad-hoc, short-term Tableau projects. This is an independent, flexible role where you can contribute to our projects while managing your own schedule.

It’s a great opportunity for a skilled Tableau professional looking to take on project-based work in collaboration with an international team.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights from multiple data sources.
• Collaborate with Salesforce administrators and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
• Optimize Tableau workbooks and data extracts for performance and usability.
• Develop and maintain calculated fields, parameters, and filters to support dynamic reporting.
• Ensure data governance, quality assurance, and proper documentation of reporting processes.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Train users on accessing and interpreting Tableau dashboards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Tableau development and data visualization.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, and best practices for interactive dashboard design.
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus 

Experience integrating Tableau with Salesforce.

Work schedule

Independent role with autonomy over your schedule and workload, fully remote work.

Interview stages

1. Screen with a recruiter (up to 30 minutes).

2. Technical interview (up to 1 hour).

3. Client interview with (up to 1 hour).
