Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical, Surgical, Oncology, and Telemetry department. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to the development of evidence-based practice. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including physical and emotional evaluations, and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments, as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of evidence-based practice
• Educate patients, families, and significant others on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
• Develop and maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams, including written and verbal communication
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide emergency care, as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or the District of Columbia

• Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed by the applicant: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
• Possession of a current, full, active, and unrestricted registration will meet the requirement for graduation from an approved school of professional nursing
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal communication
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field

• Master's degree in nursing or related field
• Experience in medical, surgical, oncology, and telemetry settings
• Certification in a relevant specialty, such as Critical Care or Oncology Nursing
• Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies
