What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As an Entry-Level Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including but not limited to:

+ Managing customer accounts and data + Processing customer transactions and orders + Resolving customer complaints and issues

  • Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade products and services
  • Appropriately escalating customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team
  • Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling

What We Require (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer issues
