Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative on our Merchant Services team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our merchants, resolving issues, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with our Dealer Administrations Manager and other team members to achieve our goals and objectives. This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive hourly rate of $26.

  • Answer and address customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience working in an office environment

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets or other data analysis tools
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food delivery or logistics industry
