Essential Qualifications and Requirements

  • To be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
  • A clean criminal record with no felony or fraud convictions.
  • A reliable computer and stable cable or DSL internet connection to work from home effectively.
  • The ability to invest in a background check ($12.95) and client training (reimbursable after 90 days of servicing a client).
  • A willingness to participate in a virtual training session (4 weeks, Monday-Friday, 4 hours a day) to develop your skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and provide personalized support.
