The Role
As a seasoned Customer Support Representative on our Remote Health Team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients via phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your primary objectives will be to:
- Handle daily customer service requests originating from clients and teammates
- Communicate promptly and effectively to resolve client inquiries and concerns
- Answer basic client questions about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology
- Assist event and support teams with outbound customer communications regarding service logistics, as well as internal triaging of issues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous, extensive customer service experience (at least 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles and processes
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Passion for health and wellness
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment and Schedule
As a member of our Remote Health Team, you will enjoy a flexible, remote work arrangement with a 5-day workweek. Your schedule will be:
- Monday to Thursday: 2:30 pm - 11 pm CST
- Sunday: Mandatory (2:30 pm - 11 pm CST)
- Friday and Saturday: Off
- Schedule subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Starting base rate: $20/hour
- Expected first-year compensation: over $22/hour or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses
- Monthly bonuses: $500 per month (if team revenue and individual performance goals are met)
- Stock option grants: awarded based on performance annually
- Hourly and bonus compensation growth as the company grows
