About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our Pricing Analytics and Operations team. As a Process Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations through audits, process improvements, and trend analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Audit and track quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Suggest and implement process and system improvements to drive operational excellence
• Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand process goals and translate them into everyday practices
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track process performance and quality metrics
• Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive process improvements and operational excellence

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, management)
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a process improvement or quality assurance role
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Six Sigma, ITIL)
