Job Summary

We're looking for experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. As a local truck driver, you'll be responsible for delivering refrigerated freight to point of sale for our largest customer, Walmart. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated freight to point of sale for Walmart locations in IN, OH, and MI
• Operate a Class A CDL vehicle, hauling reefer freight to designated locations
• Work nights and days, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of your vehicle
• Maintain accurate records, including logs and delivery documentation
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods

Requirements and Qualifications

• Class A CDL with at least 6 months of experience in the last 3 years
• Experience must be with tractor-trailer equipment with trailers over 40 feet in length
• Fairly clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Willingness to relocate to the Fort Wayne, IN area (or within 60 miles of Auburn, IN, or Gordonsville, VA)
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years (we're looking for stable and committed drivers)

• 226+ miles: CPM (cent per mile) based on experience

Relocation Bonus

• $1000 upon completion of move (signed apartment/rental/new home)
• $1000 after 1st load
• $500 after 30 days
• $500 after 60 days
• $500 after 90 days
• $500 after 120 days
• $500 after 150 days
• $500 after 180 days
